Our stay at the Ashburton Arms was absolutely delightful. We were warmly welcomed by Ray, the proprietor, who was incredibly attentive to every detail throughout our stay. The evening meal and breakfast were outstanding, with a wide variety of options and generous portions made from high-quality ingredients. We had a peaceful and restful night's sleep in the comfortable bed at the back of the pub. Ray and his partner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their knowledge of the local area was a bonus. They were also accommodating to our 11-month-old daughter, who felt right at home. We highly recommend this hotel.

The host went above and beyond, offering convenient access for luggage, free bottled water, and easy parking. The location, about 5 mins drive from a bustling town, had a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. The restaurant served up a fantastic meal, especially their excellent steaks. Oh, and the cooked breakfasts were absolutely top-notch. We were incredibly impressed and will definitely be returning.
